OBA Is A Mirror

Posted by Dave Mon Nov 03, 2008 2:13 pm

Hi Clive!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Very well said!

——————————————————

Team,

Some people just naturally tend to expect the negative. Others naturally tend to expect the positive.

But nothing is completely positive or negative. Wherever we direct our attention, we'll be met with both positive and negative elements and experiences.

The people who expect the negative will always notice the negative first, and allow their own negative perception to determine their opinion of the situation.

The people who expect the positive will always notice the positive first and allow their own positive perception to determine their opinion of the situation.

In other words, the exact same situation will always be viewed as unfavorable by some people and favorable by other people.

So it's entirely natural and predictable that some people will look at a business (or a boat or a bicycle or a book) and become hopelessly discouraged by exactly the same things that other people will completely disregard, acknowledge and accept, or even embrace.

It's also entirely natural and predictable that some people will find opportunity and success where other people are completely convinced that none can possibly exist.

So here are a few things we need to remember...<< MORE >>

I must be reading about a different Business!!

I joined as you can see at the end of July 2008 so that is a three month

To date, I have had 22 people join OBA from my promotions of those 22
I have had 5 go above stage 2 and I have already passed my 1 up to my

So if I was asked the question does OBA work? I would have to reply... << MORE >>

Sometimes There's Nothing You Can Do No Matter How Hard You Try

Posted by Pauline Smith

Hi all,

Maybe I can shed a little light on your problem, as being one of those who over 3 years have, joined many programs trying to earn a living on the internet and failing miserably for all the reasons in SBAV.

There was 1 program I joined I thought was "the one" because in a short space of time, and the first time since I got on the internet I had 14 people under me, yes it was a matrix . I worked hard for my referrals, and for a while they responded, right up to the point where their trial period ended, and it was time to upgrade.<< MORE >>

Giving Up In Two Weeks?

Posted by Dave Gray Sat Aug 02, 2008 3:13 pm

So he gave up after two weeks. Did he think that he could start from zero... set up a business of his own... learn everything he needs to know about his new business and the industry his business operates in... identify problems and develop ways to overcome challenges... learn how to provide solid value to his customers... and build a profitable, growing, self-sustaining business... in two weeks?<< MORE >>

Shooting Yourself In The Foot With OBA

Posted by: James Phillips Fri Jul 11, 2008 11:21 am

Our OBA is a group of people who come together to help each other to
become successful in the art of making friends and being partners.

There is a very excellent business plan laid out.

The cost is within the reach of everyone who connects to the internet.

There are three things to do after you have studied the business plan.

The third thing is "the secret".<< MORE >>

Jude's Marketing Tip #8 - Traffic

Posted by Judy Banks Sunday, June 29, 2008 at 12:12PM

The first basic step to earning income from the internet is to get lots of traffic to your sales pages or websites, that is, you need to get visitors, real people, who will see your offer. You can spend hours and hours building a beautiful website, you can have the number one most perfect product on the planet that everyone wants and needs, but if they don't see what you have to offer, they won't buy from you, they will buy from somebody else. Ouch! But there remains a big challenge. We are all bombarded with the message "anyone can do it". That message is pervasive. Is it a lie?

FULL potential of OBA

Posted by Dave Gray Fri Mar 28, 2008 3:06 pm

Have you ever stepped from a dark room into the bright sunlight? You can't see anything. You squint, you hesitate, you put your hand up to shield your eyes.

It takes a while for your eyes to get accustomed to the light. Once they do, everything is easy to see.

It's the same thing here. It takes a while for your mind to bring all of the pieces into focus.

A New Age Of Marketing

>

Posted by George Gould Sun Dec 02, 2007 10:07 am

Whether we like it or not, we are in a new age of marketing. Marketing is no longer a one-way street where the marketer and the slick copywriter rule. It is now a two-way street - a conversation, if you will, between the marketer and the potential customer/business partner - and the consumer rules.

Hype will not work anymore. People want realistic solutions and they are more likely than ever to seek out recognized experts to provide those solutions.<< MORE >>

Good Things Come to Those Who Wait.

Are you a member of the “I want it now club”? If so, don’t feel bad. You are one of the many. We have become accustomed to getting things we want now.

This is the biggest reason people get ripped off on the internet. They continually fall victim to websites which promise instant gratification. This is especially true when it comes to making money on the web. People see websites with pictures of fancy cars, boats, houses, tropical beaches, and think this is going to be theirs in no time at all.<< MORE >>

Communication and why it is the "Key" to Success

Posted by Mel Hynes Fri Nov 23, 2007 9:02 am

As we all know, the OBA business is the best business opportunity on the internet for the following reasons:

1. No monthly payments.

2. Unlimited inventory of digital products to sell with 100% PROFIT.

3. Unlimited supply of "Adspace1" to sell for an ongoing stream of $20.00 commissions as well as "Adspace2" for an ongoing stream of $30.00 commissions .

4. Real people providing support, advise and assistance.

5. A fully automated system where all you have to do is introduce people to OBA ebooks.

6. A sponsor who is caring and always available to assist and mentor his/her sponsored Business Partners.

Multiple Streams of Income vs. STACKED INCOME

Posted by Gil Pahlow  Fri Nov 16, 2007 12:08 pm

Multiple Streams Income is a way suggested by many to create a secure income. The idea is to have a number of programs making money for you. Sounds great BUT it also create multiple jobs so it means you spread your efforts too thin and nothing works except the monthly payment you pay to maintain your membership. Hence the comment "Multiple Streams Expenses".

Stacked Income, on the other hand is a System that Dave Gray has come up with so we can concentrate on promoting just one program requiring a once only payment of just Five Dollars. ( No on going Stream of Expense there.)

Failure leads to growth, and growth leads to success

*** You can have everything good that your heart desires, if and only if you are willing to help others first to get what they want. ***

Please understand what I have just said. Help others first, and your will be generously rewarded. Got a tip on what's working for you. You need to talk about it here in the forum.

There are no quick ways to achieve internet wealth. If you want to be an engineer tomorrow, what do you think your chances of success would be? Its a process that requires commitment and time. In the case of engineering, that is 4 years of applied study, and hopefully you will be able to get a JOB (Journey of The Broke) to barely get by.

Nowhere, ever, has there been a greater opportunity to become independently wealthy than right now. << MORE >>

Creating Success One Step At A Time

Posted by Dave Gray in the OBA Back Office

(You need to be an OBA Owner to read this, but I have decided to give the world a sneak peak into the "works" of OBA, as it explains so clearly what our business is like! Succeeding in OBA is easy - just follow the instructions! ~Nat)

Creating Success One Step At A Time

OBA is different from anything else you're familiar with.

For one thing, OBA is a real business, not some silly "program" or "biz-opp" designed to drain your bank account and then disappear into cyberspace.

In fact, it's exactly the opposite.

Fast Is Slow And Slow Is Fast

Is it any wonder that the millions of people logging on to the Internet each day will fall victim to the many claims of fast money and overnight fortunes. we are living in a new age, the technology is changing faster than many of use can keep up with. We get our information faster then the speed of light it seems. No more waiting to get back to our computers just get your email on your phone or PDA device. Yes the world is getting smaller and faster every day.

Is faster always better?

What Are YOU Looking For?

To anyone who is new to the Internet it’s an overwhelming place of teeming abundance.

It’s a bewildering place where it seems like everyone is shoving their placard in your face to attract your attention and before long, you find yourself so confused that your head is spinning like Linda Blair.

It may not happen every time, and the process definitely takes a while, but you're producing clones of yourself as you build your OBA business.

Simply a business decision

Posted by Cindy Holcomb

If I may, I would like to say a word to the individuals who have mentioned that they are not quite comfortable with the VIP conditions. To me, your choosing not to become a VIP member at this time will not affect your standing within OBA. Why?

1. Because you will be able to continue building your business as you are now - the only difference is that you will not have resale rights to the VIP products or have access to the Coop. But, you WILL still be able to build your OBA business with the $5 products that you are using now - plus, you will still be able to utilize the AdSpace program and join the programs there, creating the same one-time and recurring income that you have worked so hard to create.

The OBA Comparison Chart

Based on the various questions and answers in our latest discussion thread at the Owner's Business Center and the great explanations from Dave, I have compiled a comparison chart about the three "levels of commitment" you can find at OBA: Customer, Business Owner and VIP Business Owner. Team,

I'd like to point out something that I feel is significant.

You now have concrete proof that the VIP Program will work as designed.

Mark discovered OBA barely three weeks ago, just a few days after I added the "Product Only" or "Product Plus Business" options and the set-up process.

He completed the process to get his business set up correctly, he's sought and received help in the OBC, and he's leased AdSpace #1.

And in just three short weeks he has an accurate and thorough understanding of what we're doing and why it works.

OBA VIP Preview - My Perspective

VIP Business Owner? Folks, this is really a “No Brainer”.

From 1996 to 2001 I gave more money away to online scammers than I care to remember. To quote Dave, I was, “trying to find my way through the maze of truth, half-truth, hype and outright lies” found on the Internet.

Finally I gave up and for the next 5 years I didn’t believe anybody or anything I read about starting an online business. I had been defeated one time too many. I gave up on ever having a real online business. At least I gave up for a time.

A Simple and Affordable Business of Your Own

For most people in the world, owning their own business and being their own boss is just not an attainable goal. Here are a few reasons why:

1. Cost - Most start-up businesses require a large investment. Many people either do not have a large sum of money to invest nor do they have the means to attain these funds. This stops many people cold in their tracks - and can make the dream of owning your own business seem impossible.

Building Friendships

OBA Branding and personal branding

Posted by John Griffith

Hello everyone,

The big corporations have known for years about branding their logos in their advertising efforts. Every member of OBA who uses Dave’s sales material is in a way branding OBA.

Is this good for all? Yes, you bet it is. It helps lay the foundation of our business. When we strike out on our own we dilute the effect of branding.

A company as young as OBA needs to establish a familiarity with the public in order to succeed. I said this in another post and it’s time I said it again. We need to make OBA an acronym understood in all languages.

So Much For So Little

There are three things that prevent most people from having a business of their own... money, skill, and time.

I am extremely proud of what we've been able to put together as an opportunity for people who might not have a lot of money to invest in starting their own business, or who may lack the technical or business skills necessary to build and run a successful business, or who simply don't have the time needed to manage a traditional business.
